A snack pack is 1 oz. If you would pour about an ounce from a box anyway, the box does the same job for less per ounce.
Read the price per ounce
Every pack on these pages shows it under the price. Two boxes at the same price can differ by a third once you divide.
Check the shelf life on arrival
A case of 150 pouches is a lot of grahams. If your house eats ten a week, that case lasts more than three months.
Decide who eats the variety pack
In a mixed box only part of the pouches are bears. If the bears are the point, a plain Teddy box gives you more of them.

Every Teddy Grahams box and pouch we list carries the line Contains wheat, soy, and the mixed Nabisco boxes add milk through the other snacks inside. Graham flour is wheat flour, and soy turns up as soy lecithin and, on some boxes, soybean oil. Under federal labeling law a major allergen has to be named either in the ingredient list or in a Contains statement, so that line is the one to read first. A "may contain" line is voluntary, and its absence tells you nothing.

Yes. Every box and pouch we list is labeled Contains wheat, soy. Graham flour is whole grain wheat flour, and soy comes in as soy lecithin. Read the package in your hand before serving: recipes and labels can change.
How many bears are in one serving you pour from a box?
The 10 oz box labels give a serving as 24 pieces, which is 30 g, at about nine servings per box. A snack pack is one serving on its own.
Which Teddy Grahams flavor has the least sugar per serving?
On the labels we have, Honey and Chocolate list 8 g of sugars per 30 g serving and Chocolatey Chip lists 7 g. The honey snack pack lists 7 g for its 28 g pouch. The gaps are small, so the serving size you actually eat matters more than the flavor.
Are snack packs cheaper than the boxes for you?
