What we update, how often, and what to trust when a page and a package disagree.

Prices

We update prices and availability on a schedule. The catalog was last updated on October 2, 2026. A price can move between our updates. If the price at checkout differs from ours, the checkout price is the one that counts.

Which packs appear

Only packs on sale with our retail partner. A pack that goes off sale leaves its shelf with the next update and returns when it is back. Packs whose own descriptions contradict themselves (a title and a description giving different counts) are left out rather than guessed.

Label facts

Serving size, calories, sugars, sodium, fiber, protein, the ingredient list and the Contains line come from the product description of each pack. Where a description prints no nutrition panel, we show none. Older and newer labels differ, so the package you hold is always the final word.

Price per ounce

We divide the price by the net weight of the whole pack: units times the weight of one box, bag or pouch. Weights come from the pack size printed in the product description.
